Hi, welcome! I'm CJ. It's been a while since I've been active on Dreamwidth but in 2024 I am trying to get back into it. This journal is partially private because I use it as a diary outside of occasional fandom stuff and book reviews, but I'll happily grant access if you DM me (or just comment on this post) and are 18+. I'm always happy to make new friends and am interested in reading about all different kinds of life experiences.
About me:
bogreport on Ao3 (NSFW, don't click unless you're a freak) (previously
StormySteady but I recently had to abandon that account/ make almost everything on it anonymous because of a bad actor IRL), rainbowjar#9576 on Discord. Other than that I don't really do social media. I wish I could, but Tumblr and Twitter make my brain hurt.
About me:
- she/her, mid 30s, in the medical field. Depressed and vaguely neurospicy. Basic-bitch interests. Dog mom, no human kids. In the middle of a divorce right now which is taking up most of my emotional energy so I will complain about it from time to time. I overuse this one emoji in particular: 🙃
- my fandoms: mostly anime at this point. Add me immediately if you're a Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun fan (there are dozens of us!). At the moment I'm also into Blue Lock and Spy x Family, and my lifetime faves include xxxHolic, JJBA, Kuroko no Basket, Monthly Girl's Nozaki-kun, and Gintama. I don't really get that fannish energy (iykyk) for things other than anime, but I also love reading and am usually in the middle of some random fantasy or romance novel. Fanfiction is my love language and I write a very normal amount of it.
- my original fiction: all medium-spicy wlw paranormal romances, as far as the eye can see. There used to be a little more variety but I guess my brain's not as interesting as it once was. I write about writing sometimes. My dream is to get published someday but I keep reading books written by fantastic, genius individuals that destroy my self-esteem and drive me to drink- if I write a hype post about a book here, that probably means that it falls into that category.
